What happens if one item runs out of stock?
If an item recommended in the outfit proposal is out of stock, we apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacements for out-of-stock items. We recommend exploring alternative options or waiting for the item to become available again.
Can I buy the subscription if I don't live in the UK?
Yes, you can purchase the subscription regardless of your location. However, please note that the recommended clothing and accessory links are primarily for brands and stores within the United Kingdom. We are not responsible for stock availability or any associated customs fees if purchased from outside the UK.
Do you refund the money if I don't buy any items?
The goal of this service is to inspire you with outfits so you can use clothes that you already own. Therefore, no, we do not provide refunds for the subscription fee if you choose not to purchase any of the recommended items. The subscription fee covers the service and access to the outfit proposals.
What sort of outfits will it be?
The outfit proposals will include three different styles each month. The first style will feature affordable options from high-street brands, the second will showcase mid-end brands, and the third and final style will focus on sustainable fashion.
Do I have to buy any items?
There is no obligation to purchase any items recommended in the outfit proposals. You have the freedom to decide whether to purchase any of the suggested items based on your personal preferences and needs.
When I will receive the PDF presentation with the outfits?
The outfit proposals will be sent via email on the first Wednesday of each month to all subscribed members.
How can I buy the outfits?
Each garment and accessory will be linked to its corresponding online store within the presentation. You can click on the provided links to directly access the items for purchase.
